A smooth blend of organic tomatoes, aromatic spices, herbs and a touch of salt. It is mildly hot, not too sweet and not too sour. Flavoursome and very yummy. Use as an accompaniment to Indian cuisine with meat, lentils, vegetables and fish curries. Also makes a great addition to cheese and biscuit platters, with eggs, cold meats, or as a dip by adding yoghurt. We love it in sandwiches, with roti, jacket potatoes and BBQ steak.
